Help Decriminalize Prostitution in Hawaii

I am writing in regards to an urgent and time sensitive matter regarding decriminalization of prostitution in the state of Hawaii. I just heard about this myself and so am seeking all outside help to get this bill heard.
Right now strategy is secondary. Mission number one is to get as many people as possible, from as broad a spectrum as can be engaged, to make as many calls and write as many letters calling for this bill to be heard.
You don't have to live there to help and you will be getting a ton of mail about this for a week or so because it is Really Important!
To summarize, HB 982 will decriminalize prostitution in the state of Hawaii. It will still allow for some geographic restriction. It will make prostitution an offense only if it is committed in a public place.

Honestly I don't have any experience in writing letters for this purpose and I would love it if Anyone could quickly generate some samples for me to post to my clients, friends and coworkers to make the letter writing simple. (are form letters Ok? Can I just post up a quick site that auto emails a form letter when you enter your email address? Is this not effective? Help!!!
