The judge in our case continues to drag her heels in setting up a trial date. We know we are innocent and the judge knows it too. The judge's calendar is full because of the lack of computerization in the justice system and the backlog of cases is horrendous. We know this but still we are impatient for our day in court!

We are truly suffering. It is hard for anyone who is not here to grasp what we are going through. We are surviving in a catch-22 situation. We are not free to come and go. We can not work legally. Our medical conditions are not great (Stefano just spent one month in the government public hospital getting his gall bladder removed).
